Lindsay Austin founded a new breed of winery where club members craft fine wine from their own grapes or from grapes we source up to a maximum of three barrels per member.  As members you learn about wine making then share the unique experience of crushing, pressing, fermenting, blending, oaking, aging and bottling.  Together with a graphic artist you will design your own wine label, all while making friends and having fun in the process. We line up superb grapes from the finest appellations in Northern California to ensure a quality wine from the very beginning. As a Member you will learn the best methods and techniques from our winemaking consultant to finish nature’s work.

All wine made at Kings Hill Cellars is the property of its Members – no wine is for sale.  Next time you come up to the Wine Country, wouldn’t you rather be checking in on your own barrels? Ideally situated above Calistoga and Santa Rosa on the Kings Hill Ranch, Kings Hill Cellars is centrally located between Sonoma and Napa Counties. The winery, and attached guest house affectionately referred to as “The Roost”, enjoy an impressive panoramic view, including Knights Valley, the Calistoga palisades, Mt St. Helena and extending as far as Alexander Valley.
